About J.T.

JT was born and raised in Hillsboro, Texas. Growing up in a Christian home with a musical family, he felt a call to music ministry at a very young age. Over the years, he has had the opportunity the lead worship all across Central Texas with several different worship teams and organizations. One of his goals while leading at FBC West is to provide the church with a warm and welcoming atmosphere where they might freely worship the Lord without hesitation or distraction.

In 2011, JT began attending FBC West, where he met his now wife, Kyndal. In 2019, they welcomed their beautiful daughter, Kaylie. In his free time, he enjoys grilling, traveling, concert-going, and spending time with family and friends. If you ever have an extra ticket to a Cowboys game J.T. won't say no.
