About Savannah

Savannah grew up in Mississippi but now calls Texas home! She graduated from Delta State University (the Fighting Okra!) with a Bachelor of Science in Education and from Truett Seminary with a Master of Divinity. As a full time job, Savannah works at Live Oak Classical school as the Grammar School Chaplain, 4/5th Grade Latin/Bible Teacher, and Aftercare Director. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, baking, traveling, and spending time with her cats, Jemma and Vis. Creating space for Christlike community and creativity is one of her passions, and she is thrilled to do this through the Children's Ministry at FBC West!
