Drive-In Bingo Fundraiser

Pull in, pop open your lawn chair, and get ready for a night like nothing else on the West calendar. On Saturday, October 10, 2026, the parking lot at West High School turns into the liveliest spot in town for our first-ever Drive-In Bingo Fundraiser — and you're invited.

Bring your car or your golf cart. Bring your family, your friends, and your neighbors. Set up around your own little home base, because for one evening, this parking lot is the place to be.

How It Works

Roll in, find your spot, and settle in with your crew. We'll have dinner ready, the Bingo cards will be flying, and some familiar voices will be calling the numbers right over your car radio. It's simple, it's fun, and it's for a great cause.

Gates open at 4:00 p.m. Grab your dinner, get settled, and visit with folks before the action starts.

Bingo begins at 5:00 p.m. We'll play 10 games through the evening, so bring your good luck and get ready to honk your horn when you get a Bingo!

Dinner For Just $10

No need to pack a picnic. We've got you covered with a plate for $10, and you get to choose:

• A hamburger
• Two hot dogs
• A sausage wrap

Every plate comes with chips and a drink. Simple, filling, and ready when you are.

Get Your Bingo Cards

A packet of 10 Bingo cards is $25 — one packet gets you in the game for the whole night. Grab a friend, grab a few packets, and see who goes home a winner. We'll have prizes for our Bingo winners — details on those coming soon!

How to Register

Use the form below to reserve your spot and order your dinner plates and Bingo card packets ahead of time. Once you've filled it out, you can pay two easy ways:

• Cash or check — drop it by the church office

Here's the thing: we've only got 150 parking spaces in that lot, and once they're full, they're full. There's no cutoff date, but spots have a way of filling up fast for events like this. If you want in on the fun, the food, and the fellowship, now's the time to register.
